A specially created bot daily collects the most popular hashtags in the social network X (formerly Twitter) and selects the corresponding images from the search engine. Then the images are collected together into a kind of blurred color spot and the color of the day is formed.

A specially created and named as DayColorBot bot daily collects the most popular hashtags in the social network X (formerly Twitter) and selects the corresponding images from the search engine. Then the images are collected together into a kind of blurred color spot and the color of the day is formed. This color cast manifests the author's conscious refusal to focus on the news agenda. This study is devoted to the phenomenon of information noise that surrounds us every day. DayColorBot is an attempt to block the visual and textual image and reduce it to an abstraction expressed in a color emotional background that can be observed daily on a smartphone using a message with a picture from a Telegram bot.
